If your calculus, trigonometry, or algebra is rusty, I recommend that you begin reviewing it early in the semester. To aid in this review, I've put together a few recommended resources and suggestions of what to study.
First and foremost, I recommend visiting the webpage for our Calculus 1 course (Math 140):
http://www.math.psu.edu/ug/courses/math140
In particular, I would work through their practice exams and final exams. Once you know what you need to work on, you can work through the relevant parts of their recommended homework problems:

If you get stuck, remember that there are full video solutions of many odd numbered problems available via the e-book text. Also, you have access to the student solutions manual through the Angel course page.
You should also look over the "Reference pages" just inside the front and back of the (paper) textbook. I recommend being very comfortable with the Algebra and Trigonometry formulas from the front of the book. I also recommend re-acquainting yourself with Reference Pages 3,4, and 5 (at the back of the book). On Reference Pages 3 and 4, ignore everything involving sinh, cosh, and tanh. On Reference Page 5 only look at the General Functions and Trigonometric Functions. We will cover exponentials, logs, and inverse trig functions over the next two weeks.
Other calculus topics worth knowing well:
If you need additional trigonometry review, you should read "Appendix D" in the textbook.
If you need additional algebra review, you should read the "Review of Algebra" avaliable from

Finally, feel free to come in to my office hours to ask me any questions about course or review material. I would be happy to answer any questions, or to point you to things I think are worth focusing on.
